Patrick Shawn Spellacy has 25 years of defense trial practice and litigation experience in Florida including extensive experience in defending traumatic brain injury (TBI), wrongful death, catastrophic loss, and bodily injury cases.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Broward and Palm Beach County Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute.
